FAQs & Policies

1. If I purchase a class punchcard does it expire?

A- Yes, punches do expire if not used by the expiration date.

2. If I lose my scan key tag can I get a replacement?

A- If you lose your scan key tag we can sign you into class with your name.

3. If I sign up for the One Month Unlimited Pass do I have to sign up for a pass each month?

A- Yes, you do unless you select the Monthly Unlimited Auto-Renew pass. Not only do you receive a discount of $10 each month, you also do not have to worry about signing in each month to purchase your pass! Just show up at the door and dance!

4. Are there any fees or stipulations if I need to cancel my Monthly Unlimited Auto-Renew pass?

A- You can cancel your Monthly Unlimited Auto-Renew membership anytime after the first draft (2nd month).  A 30 day notice of cancellation is required.  There are no fees to cancel the membership.

5. Is there a refund policy?

We do not offer refunds – all sales are final.  If you have any questions about our packages don’t hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to answer your questions and help you decide which package fits you best!
