1. If I purchase a class package does it expire?
A- Yes, classes do expire if not used by the expiration date.
2. If I lose my scan key tag can I get a replacement?
A- Yes, but we can also sign you into class with your name.
3. Do my monthly classes carry over to the next month if I don’t use them?
A- No, with the 4 Classes Monthly and the 8 Classes Monthly memberships your account is loaded with either 4 or 8 classes each month on your membership renewal date (day of the month you started the membership) any classes that were unused from the prior cycle will be replaced with the new month’s classes. This is a great way to keep yourself accountable and make sure you’re getting your sweats in each month! We also have the Unlimited Monthly Membership option if you plan to attend more than 8 classes a month and/or if you prefer not to track how many classes you have on your account each month.
4. Are there any fees or stipulations if I need to cancel my monthly membership?
A- You can cancel your monthly membership (4 Classes, 8 Classes & Unlimited) anytime after the first draft (2nd month). A 30 day written notice of cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org is required. There are no fees to cancel the membership.
5. Are the monthly membership options available for purchase online?
Yes! Once you create (or login to) your MindBody account click on the ONLINE STORE tab and then click on the Contracts tab right under the Online Store tab. And just like that, you are a part of the ADF family – super easy!
6. Is there a refund policy?
We do not offer refunds – all sales are final and classes are not transferable. If you have any questions about our packages don’t hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to answer your questions and help you decide which package fits you best!
