Our group fitness classes are fun, effective, and designed to accommodate all fitness levels. We offer ten unique class types that span dance fitness, strength training, barre, and yoga. From high-energy dance cardio to low-impact stretch and recovery, Adrenaline Dance Fitness has something for everyone.

Visit us in the studio or take a virtual class from anywhere you want. All of our regular non-event classes are live-streamed, so all you need is an Internet connection!
