ADF Burn – 60-minute strength training class made up of a varied combination of Tabata, AMRAP & Circuit Training
ADF Groove – 60-minute dance fitness class with a slightly slower pace and low-impact moves. Perfect for beginners, active recovery, or active seniors
ADF Mix – 60-minute class made up of equal parts dance fitness, strength training & yoga
Barless Barre – 60-minute low-impact workout that combines elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates, and using small movements to tone muscles
ClubADF – 60-minute dance fitness class with a playlist made up of all Hip Hop
FuseADF – 60-minute dance fitness class that fuses different music genres and incorporates some toning
Hip Hop Yoga – 60-minute class made up of a series of yoga postures set to your favorite hip hop music
Turn Up Dance Fitness – 60-minute dance fitness class that combines hip hop, fitness, and confidence-boosting choreography to get you moving, sweating, and feeling unstoppable
Zumba – 60-minute dance fitness class with a playlist made up of 70% Latin American music & 30% Hip Hop
Zumba Toning – 60-minute dance fitness class with a playlist made up of Zumba & Hip Hop while using (optional) 2-3 lb weights for about 70% of the class
